In order for me to get to Fuchsia City from Celadon, I had to take the Cycling Road, which is only accessible with a Bicycle. The only obstacles along the way were Bikers. Route 17 on the road would also be trouble since it's a slope. While I went through Route 17, I caught Madam Mim the Spearow. Plus, while battling Bikers and Cue Balls, Horvath learned Future Sight. "Okay. Let's keep going." Then, there was one Biker I went up against using Horvath. He managed to defeat the Weezing, but the Future Sight cast at the start missed the Muk.
